This week's session - Bignell

This week's session, the Bignell Beasting, has been developed by one of our longest standing trainers, Alex Bignell. He runs Monday nights at Wandsworth common and a kettlebell class on Thursday morning in Earlsfield - which incidentally all members can come to at no extra cost!

This weeks session combines Alex's playful sense of humour with his tenacious hunger for fitness.

It works speed and strength, core and upper body, even running backwards.
It is a great first time session and one for the seasoned, hardened member.
