This week's session - BORKETT BASE CONDITIONING

THE BORKETT SESSION

This shuttle is a fantastic session to get the legs working well. It is 9 basic leg exercises and 9 power leg exercises combined with varying lengths of sprints.

We then put in a great lactic rugby set, which rapidly improves fitness.

Finally we move into an upper body set combining 9 press-up
exercises with 9 core exercises.

This is a great example of a dynamic high intensity interval training session, and also a superb base conditions set to get the legs strong. It was one of the very original sessions we developed.
